We provide pasture-raised lamb meat. Katahdin meat is very mild and we are American Humane Association Certified.
 
Basic early season prices for a 100#  lamb yielding approximately 40# of meat (including soup bones, neck slices and organ meat):
 
Total weight for whole lamb individually packaged will depend on cuts selected - more boneless cuts yield less total weight
 
Includes processing fees
 
Whole lamb - whole, halved,
quartered  - $175
Whole lamb individually wrapped into various
cuts - starting at $190
 
Extra for delivery, vaccum wrap, special requests

All meat is processed and fresh frozen at a USDA and Humane facility:
